33% booking(Advance Payment) is non-refundable.
To made cancellation call us.
In case of unforeseen whether conditions or government restrictions certain activities my be cancelled.
If entire event gets cancelled due to some reason by Pawnacamps refund will be processed with in 7-10 working days.
Modification:
We can shift your accommodation at Pawna lake on any Location listed on website without prior notice.
Conditions:
Before carrying any unknown or difficult activity take guidance of campsite host. If any small injury happen in such a case campsite host will provide you first aid kit.
Enjoy your holiday at campsite and let other. If we(campsite host) believe your actions could upset, annoy or disturb other customers or our own staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property or you are unfit to travel, we may end your tour and you may have to leave campsite. In such a case no refund will be done.
Take care of your children give them highest priority, keep eyes on their actions at campsite. we don’t allow children below 3yr age.
Going into the lake is strictly prohibited. Pawnacamps not responsible if any incidence happen.
If you have or any member in your group have any personal medical conditions disclose it to us. We can made prior arrangement for you if possible.
Don’t damage or disturb things on campsite or personal property, you may need to pay cost for it.
Listen to campsite leader. Campsite leader have authority to take decision and make changes in certain cases.
Once tent pitched it can not be shifted but you can ask pawna camps host if you are not comfortable. Only pawna camps host can take decision where to pitch tents.
