Cancellation Policy

• Total Cancellation: The 33% reservation advance is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your trip up to one year if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
• Partial Cancellation: The 33% advance is adjustable for the remaining guests if the cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in. Otherwise, full payment for the originally booked number of guests will apply.

Weather Policy

If inclement weather (such as heavy rain or strong winds) makes it unsafe for camping, we will offer you the option to reschedule your reservation to a future date.
