Cancellation Policy

Total Cancellation (Regular Days): The 33% reservation advance is non-refundable.
However, you can reschedule your trip up to one year if the
cancellation is made at least 24
hours before your scheduled check-in time.

Partial Cancellation (Regular Days): The 33% advance is adjustable for the remaining
guests if the cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in. Otherwise, full payment for the
originally booked number of guests will apply.

Special Event Cancellation (New Year, etc.): For special events, a 50% advance payment
is required. This event advance payment is non-refundable in any case. No rescheduling or
partial adjustments are applicable for special event bookings.
Weather Policy
If inclement weather (such as heavy rain or strong winds) makes it unsafe for camping, we will
offer you the option to
reschedule your reservation to a future date.
